The above tariffs are based on two people sharing a room and include a full English breakfast or alternative, towels are provided and tea, coffee etc is available at all times. Check in is between 3.30pm and 6.30pm or by arrangement you can arrive early and leave your car in our ample private parking area whilst you go for a nice walk or take a stroll to the pub.

For special breaks over Christmas and New Year holidays, please call for details. One night books are available, however we are only able to confirm availability 1 week prior to your stay.

Browside is no smoking. Children up and above the age of 14 are welcome.

We require a non-refundable deposit based on the cost of your first night's stay with us, this is payable by cheque to Mrs H Dugdale. Sorry we do not take cards at this moment in time.

In the event of cancellation the full balance is due if cancelled within a week of your first day with us and only should we not re-let the room(s), as such it is advisable to take out holiday insurance.

Sadly we are unable to take dogs, however my sister-in law has a boarding kennels nearby at Keamarola in Hawkshead.
