We have 3 individual designed bedrooms each having new en-suite facilities with power showers, also high quality pocket sprung beds, percale linen and best quality duvets, new digital LCD TVs, tea tray, with many extras including touch lamps, hair dryer, corkscrew, wine glasses, maps, books and local information. In the winter months there is the added luxury of an electric blanket to compliment the central heating.

Lake View has a Twin or Super King-size bed, and is a bright airy room with a new en-suite with power shower, digital tv, pine furniture and country style decor with an excellent view over the fields to my brothers National Trust Hill Sheep Farm and Coniston Water. Many guests comment on this 'room with a view'.

Woodland has a King-size bed, Decorated in a rich romantic style with digital tv, pine furniture, new en-suite bathroom with power shower, French windows leading to a private patio and garden, with a bird table and woodland view perfect to sit out in during the summer months or watch the birds feeding in winter.

Pine View has a deep comfortable double bed, pine furniture French windows leading to private seating area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, digital tv, it is decorated in a light, modern style and has a lovely marble and limestone en-suite shower room.

Alternatively, we also have a new self catering cottage, "Underwood Holiday Cottage", that is right next door to Browside.
